Getting into the headspace of what an actual program (curriculum and pedagogy) would look like that forms people for missional innovation. Currently researching formation/training programs that utilise both experiential learning and didactic learning methodologies. I read some articles about problems with teaching – e.g. mini-lecturing, dysfunctional group dynamics, completing tasks too quickly, superficial research, frustration with teachers/facilitators who lack content expertise, and lack of support for the learning styles – things to watch out for.
There are some good articles in the area of learning that I am wanting to explore – grist for the mill!
